Steve Ehrlich is Chief Strategy Officer at SOL Strategies Inc. A veteran of multiple market structure transitions in both traditional finance and crypto, Steve has spent three decades at the intersection of financial innovation and infrastructure strategy. He founded Voyager Digital and grew it to $420 million in revenue, and prior to that built Lightspeed Trading from $8 million to $80 million in revenue in three years. Earlier in his career, he served as CFO, COO, and Chief Compliance Officer at an institutional brokerage during the electronification of equity markets, then joined E*TRADE where he led M&A strategy and integration. He brings SOL Strategies a combination of capital markets depth, operating experience at scale, and a clear-eyed view of where digital asset infrastructure is heading.
