Cypherpunk Announces Further Disposal of Animoca Brands Shares

Toronto, Ontario—Cypherpunk Holdings Inc. (CSE: HODL) (OTC Pink: CYFRF) has disclosed the sale of additional shares in Animoca Brand Corporation Limited, resulting in a notable return on investment.

Cypherpunk Holdings Inc. (CSE: HODL) (OTC Pink: CYFRF) (“Cypherpunk” or the “Company”) has successfully sold an additional 1.5 million shares in Animoca Brand Corporation Limited (“Animoca Brands”) through secondary market transactions. The shares were sold at a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of CAD $3.81 (AUD $4.05), generating total proceeds of CAD $5,401,149. This sale reflects a remarkable 268% return on investment over a five-month holding period.

Following these transactions, Cypherpunk retains 500,000 ordinary shares in Animoca Brands, which the Company intends to hold in anticipation of the company’s forthcoming initial public offering (IPO).
